Comlore Design Services is a regular user, supporter and contributor of Open Source Software. The free distribution of ideas, implementations and community participation are important to what Comlore is up to in the world, and as such the following projects are either maintained, championed or specialized in through Comlore's operations:
httperf
This program is a tool which generates load tests for web systems. Using this tool, developers are able to measure the performance of their web designs. Comlore is a principle contributor to httperf alongside developers from organizations like Hewlett Packard and Yahoo. Comlore also maintains a popular quickstart guide for httperf which, according to access logs is used by hundreds of people every day.
Comlore offers a consultation service for web developers wanting to test the performance of their web site designs.

As part of an initiative to bring the GTK+ toolkit to Windows developers, a fresh implementation the gettext library is under development especially for use with Microsoft Visual C++.
pfsense
pfsense is the name given to a distribution of FreeBSD which has been tailored for use as a network firewall. Although Comlore does not currently contribute developer time to the pfsense project, a large part of Comlore's business revolves around supporting, deploying and evangelizing pfsense for its customers.
